(Sidle) Gallagher. Barb married David R. Knepper on October 7, 1996 at the Pondarosa Ranch on Lake Tahoe. They have celebrated 26 years of marriage together.

She was born on December 22, 1930 in Bradner, Ohio to the late Ellsworth R. & Doris H. (Walters) Adkins. She married Charles Stephen Tahy, Jr. on June 7, 1952 in Bradner, Ohio and he passed away on February 7, 2022.

He was born on October 14, 1934 to Karl D. and Gertrude (Tilker) Offerman, in Herford, Germany. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956-1959 stationed in Germany and France. On December 11, 1958 he married Ingeborg M. Zimmerman in Manheim, Germany. Karl and Inga have raised 2 daughters and celebrated over 64 years of marriage together.
