Eleanor D. Fether, 90, of Bowling Green, OH, passed away on October 14, 2023. She was born on March 24,1933 in Lima, OH to the late Bertha and Oscar Dupes.
Robert E. “Skip” Claypool, 84, of Haskins, passed away October 15, 2023, at Otterbein SeniorLife in Pemberville. He was born the son of Robert M. and Grace T. (English) Claypool on August 10, 1939, in Fremont, Ohio. Skip graduated in 1957 from Gibsonburg High School. He enlisted and served in the United States Army from 1960 until 1968. Following his honorable discharge, Skip worked for Hunt’s Foods in Rossford, then pursued a career as an instrument control technician, first for Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant in Monroe, MI, then Brunswick in Southport, NC, Comanche Peak in Glen Rose, TX, and finally Turkey Point in Homestead, FL. On July 22, 1967, he married Carolyn Shue at Faith United Methodist Church in Gibsonburg, and they were married 53 wonderful years until her passing on October 8, 2020.
Bobby Gene Arrowsmith, 86, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2023, in Lexington, SC with his wife and children by his side.
Nancy Louise Sheline, formerly of Cygnet, Ohio, passed away on October 10, 2023. She was born on February 19, 1935, to the late Frank and Isabelle (Beckford) Vandersall. She married Norman Eugene Sheline on April 30, 1953, and he preceded her in death in 2006.

Ernest “Ernie” Moore, 85, passed away on October 11, 2023. He was born on December 25, 1937 in Bowling Green to the late Alva and Mildred Moore.
Shirley Joan Miller, 88, of Bowling Green passed away on October 9, 2023. She was born on January 2, 1935 to the late Glen and Martha (Eberly) Stage in Ligonier, Indiana. She Married Jackson “Jack” Miller and they were together married nearly 68 years before he passed away on July 2, 2021.
Rose Irene (Flory) Spitler Lambert, 98, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away October 10, 2023. She was born on May 31, 1925 in Swanton, Ohio to Harmon and Matilda (Miller) Flory. At the age of 6, she lost her father, however, she and her four siblings farmed a small truck patch with their mother, who traveled to Toledo Market three days week to sell the fruits and vegetables of their labor. Life was not easy; however, Rose’s tenacity and positive spirit began in those small humble surroundings.
