John J. McGowan II, age 56, of Oak Harbor, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 27, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky. He was born on May 17, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio to John J. & Mary Anne (Flint) McGowan. John married Dawn Beck on December 13, 1986, at the Wayne Church of Christ.

Janet K. Laughlin, 62 of Oak Harbor, OH was reunited with her husband on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Toledo Hospital following a sudden illness. She was born July 27, 1959 in Toledo, OH to the late Paul and Joan (Mandell) Kellermeier. She was a 1976 graduate of Otsego High School. On November 11, 1991 she married Lloyd “Dave” Laughlin who preceded her in death December 30, 2020. Janet was a material handler for Lyondellbasell in Perrysburg, OH for over 30 years. She was a member and “pillar of the church” at the Alliance Chapel, Oak Harbor. She also helped in food pantry of the church, loved camping, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Dennis, “Pinky” M. Traver, 83, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away, Friday, March 25, 2022, after a brief illness. He was born and raised in Walbridge, the son of Ralph and Rosella (Adler) Traver. He graduated in 1957 from Clay-Genoa High School. Pinky entered the U.S. Army in 1963 during the beginning of the Vietnam War and after his discharge in 1963, returned to the Walbridge area. He started working at the Rossford plant of LOF and later at the East Broadway plant until his retirement, after 25 years of service.
Linda L. O’Connell, née Bockbrader, age 74 of Luckey, OH, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 at St. Charles Hospital in Oregon. She was born on January 28, 1948 in Bowling Green, OH to Wayne and Ethel (Hillier) Bockbrader.
