Frederick E. Jackson, age 66, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He was born on January 14, 1956, in Bowling Green, Ohio, to the late John E. and Patricia A. (Messmer) Jackson.
Edna R. Instone, 94, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away May 17, 2022. She was born November 21, 1927 in Portage, Ohio to the late Harold and Ruth (Kinsey) Wollam. She married Harry King in March of 1948 and he preceded her in death in 1958. She married Robert Instone in March of 1966 and he preceded her in death in 2010.
Stephen T. Hall February 2, 1965 – May 13, 2022Stephen “Caveman” Hall, 57, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 13, 2022. He was born to Fred and Ruby (Rowe) Hall on February 2, 1965 in Bowling Green, Ohio. Steve is survived by his wife and best friend, Angela (Zmudzinski) Hall, his sons Karl (Bree) Hall, and Adam Hall. And his grandson, Arlo Hall, was his pride and joy. Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Ruby Hall, his brother, Scott Hall, and his son, Christopher Hall.Steve graduated from Otsego High School. By day, he was an electrician for Lake Erie Electric and a member of the Local 8. By night, he was a motorcycle mechanic, owning his own repair shop, “Caveman’s” Motorcycle Shop.” In his spare time, Steve and Angie traveled on their motorcycle all over the United States, even to Nova Scotia. If the weather was nice, they were riding. Steve did not know a stranger and will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and community.A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations for home repairs are being accepted at donorbox.org/steve-hall-family-home-project. A memorial will be half at a later date.
Cindy L. Seem, age 65, of Wayne, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at Wood Haven Health Care in Bowling Green. She was born on May 13, 1957, in Bowling Green to the late Arthur & Olive (Beckerleg) Galbraith. Cindy married Paul Seem on September 3, 1988, at the Mt. Zion UB Church.
Kert J. Appelhans, age 50 of Pemberville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 16, 2022 with his family near his side. He was born on March 3, 1972 in Oregon, OH, to Joseph W. and Jo (Jacobs) Appelhans. He was a member of the 1990 graduation Class of Eastwood High School.
Robert M. Crampton Sr., 77. of North Baltimore, passed away at 2:02 a.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Briar Hill Health Campus, North Baltimore. He was born on December 27, 1944, in Dayton to the late Jesse and Geneva (Morgan) Crampton. He married Janet Lee Masters on August 30, 1970, and she preceded him in death on March 31, 2011.
June E. Voss, 82, of Liberty Center, Ohio and formerly of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away Sunday May 15, 2022. She was born June 30, 1939 in Bowling Green to the late George and Irene (Potter) McBride. She married Lawrence R. Voss and he survives in Liberty Center.

Arlene A. (Sander) Layman, 96 of Pemberville, OH passed away on Friday, May 13 2022, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born on June 14, 1925 in Pemberville, to Theodore and Clara (Lehman) Sander. She graduated from Pemberville High School in 1943 where she had been editor of the yearbook (Pemberette) and a band member. On Oct. 19, 1944 she married Ronald Layman at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Pemberville. Arlene and Ronald raised 2 children and celebrated 65 years of marriage.
Rolland J. Creps, 93, of Tontogany, Ohio passed away May 12, 2022. He was born August 6, 1928 in Washington Township, Ohio to the late John and Ruth (Wires) Creps. He married Esther Creps and she preceded him in death.
