Bowling Green police were dispatched Saturday to the 1500 block of Clough Street for a harassment complaint.
When officers arrived around 2:29 p.m., they spoke to the complainant who stated that they have had multiple domestic violence incidents involving Andrew Sanderson, 38, Bowling Green.
Sanderson allegedly threatened to kill the complainant and their daughter, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.
The complainant showed officers several text messages from Sanderson, with many of them encouraging the complainant to kill themselves. Officers then drove to where Sanderson worked in town to arrest him, according to the report.
Upon being walked out of the business, officers advised Sanderson that he was under arrest for the threats he made, according to the report.
Sanderson was arrested for domestic violence/belief in harm and was taken to jail.
