NORTH BALTIMORE — Quarterback Luke Long tossed a pair of touchdown passes and added a score on the ground to power North Baltimore past Crestline 36-13 on Friday night.

The Tigers (4-5) jumped out to an early 7-0 lead thanks to Long’s first quarter rushing score. Long followed that up with passing touchdowns to Trevor Walter and Braiden Solly as NB took a 22-13 lead into halftime.

The Tigers’ defense, led by Thain Spangenberg and Walter, held the Bulldogs (4-5) scoreless in the second half. Brody Walter and Isaiah Hyden each tallied touchdown runs to complete the scoring.

“It was great to see our guys come out and play for four quarters tonight,” North Baltimore coach Wade Ishmael said. “Senior night is always emotional and they battled to send the seniors out with a win in their last home game. The offense and defense made huge plays when we needed it and the kids’ hard work was rewarded in a must win game for us.”
