A Bowling Green man has been indicted for 10 counts of pandering involving a minor.
A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Steven Luke Cardenas, 32, on 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all second-degree felonies; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
Ten times from Feb. 8, 2023, to July 16, he allegedly created or published obscene material that had a minor as one of its participants or portrayed observers.
He also had a Chromebook he allegedly used criminally.
