Dennis (Denny) W. Joseph

Dennis (Denny) W. Joseph, 77, beloved husband, brother, father and grandfather was called to his eternal resting place on Friday, October 4, 2024.

Denny was born in Bowling Green, OH to Lloyd W. and Grace (Ohr) Joseph on June 26, 1947. Dennis married Patricia A. (Luczywo) on January 31, 1981.

Denny leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years Patricia (Pat); siblings Linda Bates, Karl (Beth), Paul; children Chad (Jennifer); Bethany (Sevan) Tulgar; Kurt (Shelly); Heather (Ronnie) Senatore; grandchildren Justin (Lindsey), Brady, Alexa, Nicholas, Drake, Colby, Hayden, Kamille, Sienna, Lucille and great-grandchildren Elliana, Braxton and Blakely; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Denny proudly served his country as a US Marine that included a tour of duty in Vietnam. Following an honorable discharge, he returned to Bowling Green where he served his community as a member of the Bowling Green Police Department for over 28 years. Upon retiring in 1999, he continued his service as a Deputy Bailiff at the Bowling Green Municipal Court for an additional 20 years.

Denny loved nothing more than traveling with his devoted wife, Pat. Together they went across the country by plane, train and camper. Their trip of a life time was cruising through Alaska with life-long friends last summer.

However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family, whether it was fishing in the Upper Peninsula or hunting in Minnie’s Woods with his sons, watching every single practice and game of his grandsons, visiting his daughters in New York and California, and endless hours at Disney with his granddaughters.

The family suggests memorial contributions in Denny’s name be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, www.pancan.org
