A new bookmobile hit the roads in Wood County in May, and on Tuesday the Wood County District Public Library bookmobile will stop at the Exchange Club lunch for a talk and tour.
Bookmobile drivers Lauren Canaday Johnson and Greg Petropoulos will talk about the services they deliver and show the interior of the bookmobile to those who would like to go aboard.
The new bookmobile is a mini library on wheels and carries more than 1,000 reading materials for all ages and abilities. The bookmobile also offers public WiFi, has air conditioning and a wheelchair lift for those who need assistance onto the bookmobile.
The Exchange Club meets at noon at the Bowling Green Country Club, 923 Fairview Ave. Guests are always welcome to join club members for lunch. Cost for lunch is $13 per person.
