Findlay man arrested for assault, domestic violence

Bowling Green Police were dispatched Monday to the 100 block of East Washington Avenue for a report of domestic violence.

The male, Owen Morse, had already left the scene, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.

When officers arrived around 8:54 p.m., they spoke to the individual present, who stated that Morse refused to pay for child support and punched her with a closed fist on the left side of her face, according to the report.

Officers observed swelling on the individual’s face and bleeding. Morse also chipped her tooth, according to the report.

Officers later located Morse, 24, Findlay, at his residence and charged him with two counts domestic violence and one count felonious assault. He was taken to jail.
