Carole Newman of Houston, Texas passed away on January 8, 2024.
Carole was born on October 25, 1941 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Leonard and Rosie (Heinze) Newman.
Her survivors include daughter Heidi Hottinger and son-in-law Mike Williams of Houston, Texas; son Ben Hottinger of Clinton, Ohio; grandsons Nathan Hottinger (wife Jamie, son Ethan) and Josh Hottinger (wife Courtney, children Bailee, Cade, Remi). Carole has living siblings Lawrence Newman and wife Elsie (Bowling Green, Ohio); Pamela and husband Dennis Janka (Pensacola, Florida); Bridget and Chip Myles (Greenville, South Carolina); Patrice Cavanaugh (Pensacola, Florida); and William Newman and wife Lucy (Berlin Heights, Ohio). Carole also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Carole was predeceased by her parents and two siblings, Sharon Light of Chevy Chase, Washington and Andrea Hahn of Jerry City, Ohio.
Carole was multi-talented in many artistic and literary endeavors, and she cherished family and friends.
There will be no public services.
