St. Mark’s Lutheran Church is hosting “The Longest Night – Blue Christmas Worship” to offer support for those grieving the loss of a loved one.
Christmas can be a painful time for some. It may be the first Christmas without a beloved family member who has recently died; it may be a time that has always been difficult. Through God’s word and music, those who gather will feel God’s presence and the light of Christ that shines even in the darkest of days. Worshipers may light candles in memory of loved ones.
St. Mark’s and the local Griefshare group invite all to attend Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the church, located at 315 S. College Dr.
