Two people are dead and another wounded after a shooting this morning in Bowling Green.
At approximately 12:08 a.m., the Wood County Sheriff’s Office and the Bowling Green Police Division received multiple 911 calls about gunshots coming from 528 Monroe Court.
Officers responded to that location and located multiple victims, including one who was found to be deceased, according to BGPD press release.
Another victim was transported by air ambulance and was later pronounced deceased.
The deceased were identified as Zhichun Huang, 36, and Bing Luan Lin, 40, both of Bowling Green.
A third victim sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
Xiaosong Wang, 62, Bowling Green, was taken into custody and has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of felonious sssault. He was transported to the Wood County Justice Center.
