The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce announces a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the opening of Tabby & Fido’s, located at 300 North Main St.
This event is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 22 at 4 p.m. and is open to the public.
The ceremony will include congratulatory words from a city representative to welcome owners Morgan Meronk and Patricia Beam to their new location.
Tabby & Fido’s is a cat lounge where customers can enjoy visits with cats from the Wood County Humane Society. Meronk, Beam and their staff feed and care for the cats in the business until they find their forever home. Additionally, they sell drinks, fresh local baked goods and coffee, and cat and dog merchandise, toy and treats. Tabby & Fido’s also supports local rescue For the Love of Cats in their mission to get all cats spayed and neutered to control the Wood County cat population.
