New bathrooms open downtown
The City of Bowling Green has opened its first public restrooms in downtown.
Two public single-stall restrooms are now located at 119 S. Church St. in the drive-up Huntington Bank ATM vestibule.
These are unisex restrooms, one of which is ADA wheelchair accessible and includes an adult changing table.
Residents are welcome to use these restrooms Monday-Sunday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
BG City Pool will close early Thursday
The City of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department will close the pool at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The pool will be hosting a large event in partnership with Bowling Green State University.
Anyone wishing to use the pool arriving at 4 p.m. or after will be charged a reduced fee.
