Summer reading kick-off party is Saturday at Way

PERRYSBURG — Join Way Public Library on Saturday from 10-11:30 a.m. on the Commodore Lawn across the street from the library for a morning of fun. There will be games, crafts and a bouncy house to kick off the start of summer.

Each year summer reading has a new theme, but this year Way decided to go back and give 2020’s theme of Imagine Your Story a second chance. Imagine Your Story encompasses all things fantasy including folk tales, fairy tales, and myths. We have many special events planned that will transport you to a fantasy world.

This year’s summer reading program is sponsored by Way Public Library Foundation & Friends. All ages are welcome and no registration is required. This program is free and open to the public. For more information about the program, visit waylibrary.info or call the Youth Services Desk at 419-874-3135, ext. 116.
