Everyone is invited to participate in the community mosaic tile project.
This countywide art project will enable participants from all eight of the senior centers to be part of a larger project that will be on permanent display at the Wood County Committee on Aging, 140 S. Grove St.
Local artist Gayle Christofferson, of Animal House Glass, will be present at all locations to guide and assist. The goal is to have as many older adults as possible place several glass tiles in the frames to create the stain glass windows.
The sessions are:
Monday at 12:30 p.m. at Northwest Area Senior Center in Walbridge.
Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. at the Grand Rapids Area Senior Center
Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Wood County Senior Center
