OREGON — Two local teens won the top titles as the Toledo Junior Golf Association opened the season with the Maumee Bay Junior on Wednesday.
The top finishers at Maumee Bay State Park Golf Club were Sydney Deal, Perrysburg, and Michael Budge, Bowling Green.
