Paul H. Winter

Paul H. Winter, age 91, of Luckey, OH passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at his home.
He was born on September 2, 1928 in Miamisburg, OH to Carl and Pearl (Peffley) Winter. He served in the
United States Army during WWII. He married Dorothy Molique, on April 9, 1960 in Toledo, OH.
Paul and Dorothy have been married over 59 years.
He was a Locomotive Engineer retiring from CSX after 46 years. His memberships included “BLET”
Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, Pemberville F&AM #516, Bowling Green VFW and the American
Vets. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting.
In addition to his wife Dorothy, Paul is survived by his sons: Frank (Mary) Reardon of Woodville, David
Reardon of Luckey, Kenneth (Jayne) Reardon of Luckey and Steven (Laurie Williams) Winter of Luckey.
Daughters: Connie Callahan of Florida, and Debora (Bobby) May of Northwood. Six grandchildren, 15
great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Brother: Carl Winter and sisters: Rachel Woods, Naomi Furnas and
Ruth Woods.
Family and friends will be received 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., with a funeral service at 1 p.m., Monday, January
13, 2020 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH.
Officiating will be Pastor Kent Winkler.
Interment with military honors will be in Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Pemberville Masonic Lodge or
Troy Twp. Fire and EMS.
