Bourguignon art on exhibit at River House
PERRYSBURG – An exhibit of works by Paul-Henri Bourguignon, an artist, art critic and journalist, opens
today at River House Arts, 115 W. Front St.
The show includes gouaches and sketches of the Mediterranean, a hillside in Provence, a sandy Caribbean

These works, rendered from memory while the artist was landlocked in Columbus during the later part of
his life, depict the world Bourguignon experienced as a young adventurer in the early 20th Century.
This is the second exhibit of the artist’s work at the gallery following an show in fall, 2011. It is
being presented concurrently with the Columbus Museum of Art’s exhibition, Paul-Henri Bourguignon, a
50th Anniversary Retrospective.
River House gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment by calling
