PERRYSBURG – The Joe E. Brown comedy "Alibi Ike" will be shown Thursday at
10 a.m. as part of Way Public Library’s Reel Talk on Thursday series.
Based on a Ring Landner short story, the film features Brown as a pitching star who
has an excuse for everything. Olivia e Havilland, then 19, appears in her first
movie role.
Local author and film authority Jan Wahl will be the guest speaker.
