Dr. Vernon Wolcott, adjunct professor of organ at Bowling Green State University’s College of Musical
Arts, was recently initiated as a "Friend of the Arts" by the Northwest Ohio Chapter of Sigma
Alpha Iota alumnae. The ceremony was held in the Moore Musical Arts Center, where he performed several
songs. He taught organ and related courses for 47 years before retiring in 2009.
