TODAY
The 1984 film "Repo Man," directed by Alex Cox will be shown at 7:30 p.m. in the Gish Film
Theater. Emilio Estevez and Harry Dean Stanton star in the cult film about a young Los Angeles man who
finds thrills working in the strange world of repossession after his parents donate all their money to a
televangelist.
THURSDAY
"Der Neunte Tag (The Ninth Day)," the 2004 German film directed by Volker Schlandorff, will be
shown at 7:30 p.m. in Gish Film Theater in Hanna Hall. Based on a true story, the film follows a
Catholic priest who returns to Luxembourg from the Dachau concentration camp only to learn that his
former jailers want him to sway an anti-Nazi bishop.
The Vocal Jazz Ensemble, directed by Chris Buzzelli, will perform at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the
Moore Musical Arts Center.
A reception for the University of Wisconsin-Stout Faculty Exhibition will be held at 8:30 p.m. in the
Willard Wankelman Gallery of the Fine Arts Center. The show continues through Sunday.
SUNDAY
The BGSU Marching Band presents "Sounds of the Stadium," recreating the atmosphere of a
sporting event in a concert setting. The performance begins at 3 p.m. in Kobacker Hall of the Moore
Musical Arts Center. Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students and senior citizens., and $3
more per ticket the day of the show. Call (419) 372-8171.

The Jazz Lab Band II, directed by Jeff Halsey, will be in concert at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall of the Moore
Musical Arts Center.
AT THE GALLERIES
"Millennium Sculpture: Concept, Craft, Tradition and Trends in American Sculpture" continues
through Nov. 19 in the Dorothy Uber Bryan Gallery in the School of Art.
