Fairport Harbor. Cook’s vehicle then struck a 2006 Hyundai Sonata driven by David Deck, Elmore.
¥ at North Dixie Highway and West South Boundary Street. Kelsey Hartbarger, Waterville, was cited for
right of way – left turn, after she struck a vehicle driven by Chad Hartson, Napoleon. Neither
Hartbarger and her two passengers, nor Hartson and his three passengers, reported injury.

change of course/signal, after he reportedly forced a 2007 Ford Focus driven by Christopher Byers,
Perrysburg, into a snow bank after moving into his lane. Neither driver nor Byers’ passenger reported
injuries.
Borsos was later cited for improper start/backing at 10755 Avenue Road after the bumper of the 1982
Chevrolet K20 he was backing out of a driveway, and which was partially in the roadway, was struck by
Anthony Scalia, Rossford, driving a 2002 Ford Escape.
¥ at Fort Meigs Road and Roachton Road. Sara Starr, Perrysburg, was cited for failure to yield the right
of way – stop signal, after she struck a vehicle driven by John Martin, Perrysburg.

unknown vehicle while parked outside her apartment.

A series of three personal checks from a suspect which were returned as "not sufficient funds"
were referred to the Police Division from an East Second Street business.
