Prep Roundup- Eastwood boys bowling still first (01-27-11)

Eastwood’s boys bowling team remained in first place in the Sandusky Bay Area Bowling Conference with a
2,776-2,645 win over Woodmore on Monday.
The Eagles were led by Jared Haas with games of 208 and 232 for 440, and Tommy Blanchard with 224, 376.

Eastwood is 9-2 overall and 8-1 in the conference.
Perrysburg beats AW
Perrysburg defeated Anthony Wayne on Monday for the second time this season to improve to 2-4. The final
total was 2,366-2,227.
Steve Cassity led the Yellow Jackets with a 255 game and 448 total for the two games. Drew Kuhr added a
244 game for Perrysburg.
BG loses to Fostoria
Fostoria defeated Bowling Green on Saturday in a non-league match 2,374-2,049.
Cameron Walter was high for BG with a 201 game and 375 total.
BG edges Springfield
On Monday at Southwyck Lanes (Springfield home), the Bobcats held on to defeat Springfield 2,536-2,509.
BG built a 2,014-1,901 lead after the standard games, but were out-bowled in the Baker games 608-522.

Cameron Walter was the top Bobcat with games of 224 and 235 for 458. Juan Ybanes added a 248 game. BG is
8-3 overall and 5-1 in the Northern Lakes League.

Eastwood still undefeated
At Woodville on Monday, Eastwood more than doubled up on Woodmore winning 2,756-1m,354.
Brandi Roller led the Eagles with a 212 for 397. Mikayla Young added 206, 374, Harley Vaught shot 225,
372 and Hannah Cook added a 212. Eastwood is 9-0 overall and 8-0 in the conference.
Bobcat girls top Springfield
On Monday at Southwyck Lanes, BG defeated Springfield 2,169-2,021.
Denise Miller was high for the Bobcats with 171 and 180 and 351.
