Adam Joseph van de Heijning

Adam David Joseph van de Heijning, son of Mark and Betsey van de
Heijning, passed away Wednesday January 5, 2011. He is survived his
parents, two brothers: Luke van de Heijning and Nolan Barber;
grandparents: Bob and Sue Bryant of Pendleton, IN; Carolus and Mariette
van de Heijning of Custar, OH; uncles and aunts: Eric Bryant of
Alexandria, VA,
Kevin (Emily) Bryant of Fredrick, MA and Patrick van de
Heijning of Custar, OH.
Services will be private for the family at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, with burial to follow in
Wingston Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank the helpful, caring staff at Mercy St.
Vincent’s NICU and postpartum floor, the many specialists who assisted
in Adam’s care at St. Vincent’s(especially Dr. Te and Dr. Suarez),
palliative care team at St. Vincent’s, Home Away From Home, Hospice of
Northwest Ohio, Serendipity Photography (Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep
project), our church family at St. Aloysius school and parish, and the
overwhelming support and love from our family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of
Northwest Ohio or St. Aloysius parish/school of Bowling Green, OH.
