TODAY
The Faculty Composers’ Forum will be presented at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the Moore Musical Arts
Center.
THURSDAY
The University and Concert bands, directed by Dr. Kenneth Thompson and Dr. Carol Hayward, will present a
concert at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center.
Master’s degree students in Creative Writing Program poet Nathan Riggs and fiction writer Misha Rai will
read from their work at 7:30 p.m. in Prout Chapel.
SATURDAY
Selections from George Gershwin’s opera "Porgy and Bess" will be performed by the Bowling Green
Philharmonia , guest soloists and student singers at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall. Tickets are $12 to $30.

MARCH 1
The winners of the Bowling Green Chamber Music Competition will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the Manor House
of Toledo’s Wildwood Metropark.
Short films created in film classes will be screened at the annual Cine-Posium, at 7:30 p.m. in the Gish
Film Theater in Hanna Hall. The filmmakers and their faculty members will be on hand for commentary and
audience questions.
AT THE GALLERIES
BGSU students present their best work in the annual Undergraduate Art and Design Exhibition, running
through Sunday in the Willard Wankelman and Dorothy Uber Bryan galleries of the Fine Arts Center.
Gallery hours are 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, 6-9 p.m. Thursdays, and 1-4 p.m. Sundays.
