PERRYSBURG – As of Thursday, the Greater Toledo Area Chapter of the American Red Cross has spend over
$4,400 assisting 21 adults and one child affected by the fire at Perry Lake Village Apartments.
All individuals were given assistance with food and clothing, and eight families were given rooms at area
hotels. Nine staff members and volunteers from the Red Cross were called to the scene of the fire.
Contributions may be made to Red Cross Disaster Relief, which will aid people affected by disasters like
fires, floods, tornadoes and hurricanes, as well as crises at home and around the world. Visit
