WEDNESDAY
Jazz guitarist John Hart will conduct a master class at 3:30 p.m. in 2008 Moore Musical Arts Center.
Praecepta will present a program of new music at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall.
The Faculty Jazz Group and guitarist John Hart will perform at 149 North, 149 N. Main St., Bowling Green,
at 8:30 p.m. Cover charge.
THURSDAY
Jazz guitarist John Hart will conduct a master class at 3:30 p.m. in 1004 Moore Musical Arts Center.
The 1956 Russian film "Sorok pervyi (The Forty-First)" will be screened at 7:30 p.m. in the
Gish Film Theater in Hanna Hall.
Poet Lois Roma-Deeley and artist Beth Shadur, collaborators on The Poetic Dialogue Project, will present
a poetry reading and slide display at 7:30 p.m. in Prout Chapel.
Guitarist John Hart will perform with Jazz Lab Band I and the Faculty Jazz Group. at 8 p.m. in Kobacker
Hall. Tickets are $10 and $7 for students and senior citizens, and $13 and $10, the day of the

FRIDAY
Indian artist Anupam Sud will discuss her work in "Four Decades," an ARTalk at 6 p.m. in 115
Olscamp Hall followed by an Indian dance performance by the Aha Dance Classes.
Poet Lois Roma-Deeley and artist Beth Shadur, will discuss their collaboration at 9 p.m. at Grounds for
Thought, 174 S. Main St., Bowling Green.
The Fine Arts Center Galleries will host exhibition openings from 7 to 10 p.m. for "Contemporary
India," which will continue through Nov. 13 in the Willard Wankelman Gallery, and "The Poetic
Dialogue," running through Nov. 19 in the Dorothy Uber Bryan Gallery. Gallery hours are
Tuesday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursdays, 6-9 p.m. and Sundays, 1-4 p.m.
SATURDAY
Poet Lois Roma-Deeley and artist Beth Shadur will lead a 9 a.m. free workshop on collaboration for
artists and writers at the Wood County District Public Library, Bowling Green. Pre-registration is

The High School String Chamber Music Festival concert will be held at 1 p.m. in Kobacker Hall.
SUNDAY
Sunday Matinees at Gish Film Theater in Hanna Hall will pay tribute to Jean Arthur with a 3 p.m.
screening of "The Devil and Miss Jones," from 1941. "The House I Live In," a 1945
short subject on tolerance starring Frank Sinatra, will also be screened. Dr. Jan Wahl, a Toledo film
historian, will provide commentary.
Pianist Thomas Rosenkranz will perform "Vingt regards sur l’enfant Jesus" by Olivier Messiaen
at 3 p.m. in the Great Gallery of the Toledo Museum of Art.

Norwegian artist Anne Senstad will discuss her recent installation artwork in a BGSU ARTalk at 6 p.m. in
1101 Fine Arts Center.
