Safety Kids Calendar contest winners announced

The Wood County Prosecutor’s Office has announced the winners of the 2025 Safety Kids Calendar contest

The competition was open to all Wood County students in grades 5-8. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Wood County Courthouse Office Building on the fifth floor. The winners will receive their prize packs and have their photos taken.

The winners, family, friends, and school officials are invited to attend the ceremony.

Monthly winners will have their art featured as a month and receive a $25 gift card from Prosecutor Paul Dobson. The grand prize winner, announced at the ceremony, will receive a $50 gift card.

Monthly winners include Olivia Swaisgood, sixth grade, Bowling Green Christian Academy; Josie Cothern, eighth grade, Bowling Green Christian Academy; Kinsley Henline, seventh grade, Eastwood Middle School; Alivia Monaco, eighth grade, Eastwood Middle School; Riley Gladieux, eighth grade, Lake Middle School; Allison Thompson, eighth grade, North Baltimore Middle School; Nash Wolfenbarger, sixth grade, Northwood Middle School; Eve Fuller, sixth grade, Otsego Junior High School; Gabrielle Sander, sixth grade, Otsego Junior High School; Jamie Greenwald, sixth grade, Otsego Junior High School; Callie Hartman, eighth grade, Otsego Junior High School; and Catherine Konecny, seventh grade, St. Aloysius Catholic School.
