Exchange houseplants at the library

Thinking of adding some new plants to your collection? Ready to get started growing houseplants to add to your home? The Wood County District Public Library has the perfect houseplant exchange opportunity.

Exchange your plants at the Houseplant Exchange on Friday from 1-5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On Friday, drop off your extra plants or clippings of healthy plants to the library to exchange with other community members. For each plant or clipping dropped off on Friday, you’ll receive a ticket to use for the exchange the next day.

On Saturday, bring your tickets to exchange them for a new plant.

Leftover or unused pots can be brought to exchange as well.
