The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department has announced a new recreational arts and crafts program for children ages 5-12 and their accompanying adults. This family-friendly activity will take place one Monday per month in the Programming Room at the Veterans Building in City Park, providing a fun and creative opportunity for kids and their adult family members to enjoy together.
Each session will feature a different seasonal theme, allowing participants to create and take home their crafts. An adult (parent, stepparent, grandparent, etc.) must accompany each child, but does not need to register separately. Registration is required one week prior to the activity, with a limit of 15 children per session. Each child must be registered individually, though one adult can accompany multiple children. Adults don’t need to register.
Program fees are $6 per session for resident youth and $9 per session for non-resident youth.

• Thanksgiving Make-It, Take-It on Nov. 25 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Registration deadline is Nov. 18.
