Issue 1, a proposed Constitutional amendment that would change the process for drawing Ohio legislative districts, is on Ohio’s ballot on Nov. 5. Many voters have expressed confusion about contradictory information they have received about Issue 1 and are unsure about the effects of the proposed amendment.
Because basing our votes on accurate, fair information is critical, the public is invited to a meeting where Debbie Dalke and Sharlyn Katzner will explain exactly how Issue 1 would change the redistricting process. They will also share the wording of the proposed amendment and answer questions about it.
The meeting will take place on Monday at 6 p.m. at the Bowling Green Senior Center, 140 S. Grove St.
