BGSU baseball coach is Exchange Club guest

Exchange Club members will be taking baseball when Kyle Hallock, the Bowling Green State University head baseball coach, will be the speaker Tuesday.

Hallock is coming off a record setting season that saw the Falcons win 24 MAC games, including a regular season championship. The team had a highly productive offense, averaging 9.2 runs per game, which ranked ninth in the nation. He was named MAC Coach of the Year.

He will talk about the progress of the baseball program in the last four years as well as his philosophy in developing players. He will also discuss the prospects for the upcoming season and other information about the program.

Very familiar with the MAC, Hallock was an All-American pitcher at Kent State as well as MAC pitcher of the year.

The Exchange Club meets at noon at the Bowling Green Country Club, 923 Fairview Ave. Guests are welcome to join club members for lunch. Cost for lunch is $13 per person.
