Kathleen A. Busch, 80, of Walbridge, OH passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Manor of Perrysburg, Perrysburg, OH.
She was born on May 4, 1944 in Fairpoint, OH to Bernard and Nellie (Frisinger) Mihlbauer. Kathleen graduated from Logan High School in 1962. On July 17, 1976 she married John Busch, and he preceded her in death on August 21, 2019.
She worked as a senior product analyst for AP Parts for 25 years and also for Advanced Engineering. Kathleen was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Perrysburg, where she enjoyed quilting to help on church projects to help others having medical procedures. She was a member of L.S.T. (Large Slow Target), a U.S. Naval organization that has helped thousands of people over the years. Kathleen helped start it and traveled all over the world to conventions supporting the organization. She always looked for ways to bring joy to others, whether making something, buying something, or throwing a party for someone.
Her family will miss her laughter, love, and concern for them. She will always be known for just being there for family and friends.
Kathleen is survived by her son, Richard Miller, grandchildren, Corey (Ellie) Miller and Andrew Miller, great-granddaughter, Ava Miller, and sisters, Ardeth (Robert) Cerana and Diane (Earl) Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Jack (Florence) Mihlbauer.
Visitation for Kathleen will be Friday, September 27, 2024 from 2-8 p.m. at the Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 830 Lime City Road, Rossford, OH.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church, 26535 Pemberville Road, Perrysburg, OH. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery, Walbridge, OH.
Memorial contributions in memory of Kathleen may be given to Zion Lutheran Church, Perrysburg.
