PORTAGE — The Village of Portage will be celebrating its 200th birthday on Sunday.
village takes its name from the nearby Portage River.
The celebration will start with an 11 a.m. parade through the heart of the village, ending at Enright Park. The park will host celebration from noon-4 p.m. Activities include a car show, historical display the history of Portage, music, vendors, food, and activities for children.
