Public invited to Issue 1 meeting

We Are Ohio will host a public meeting Monday to share information on Issue I, which give citizens not politicians the power to draw maps for fair elections.

Guest speakers include David Jackson, president of the Bowling Green State University Faculty Association; Jen Miller, executive director of the League of Women Voters of Ohio; and Eric Sweeney, United Steel Workers staff representative for District 1.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Wood County Committee on Aging, 140 S. Grove St.
