CYGNET — The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and Bates Recycling have announced a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of their location’s expansion. This event is scheduled for 11 A.M. on Sept. 10 at 12729 Jerry City Road. It is open to the public.

Visit Bates Recycling to see their newly renovated space and hear statements from city representatives to congratulate owners Chris and Belinda Bates on their expanded facility.

Bates Recycling has been in operation since 2005 and offers metal recycling, roll off boxes, pickup of scrap vehicles, and heavy haul. This expansion and renovation has added new members to their team, reflecting their steady growth in scrap metal processing and buying of ferrous and nonferrous metals.

“We strive to keep our scrapyard clean to provide only the best possible services and experience for our clients, new and returning,” says Chris Bates.

To learn more about Bates and the services it offers, attend this ribbon cutting ceremony.
