BG woman arrested for causing restaurant disturbance

Bowling Green police were dispatched Wednesday to the 100 block of East Wooster Street for a report of disorderly conduct.

When officers arrived around 7:46 p.m., they spoke with the female who was causing the disturbance, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.

The female told police that she was getting into people’s personal space and yelling at them because they had started “giggling” and she believed that it was directed towards her. The female then approached the other customers and started asking them why they were laughing, according to the report.

Staff members told officers that they wanted the female trespassed from the property.

Officers then spoke with the other customers at the restaurant, who stated that the female started yelling at them for no reason. The customers told police that the female was making them concerned about their safety, according to the report.

Corinne Bryant, 23, Bowling Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct with persistence and menacing and was taken to jail.
