Warrants issued for men indicted for aggravated robbery

Warrants have been issued for two men indicted for allegedly having a firearm while conducting a burglary.

On Aug. 7, a Wood County grand jury indicted co-defendants Adrian Williams Jr., 31, and Scott Lee Adams, 42, both of Toledo, for aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery, both first-degree felonies; and abduction, a third-degree felony.

On Jan. 8, the men allegedly entered an occupied structure in order to commit theft and threated the occupant with harm with a firearm. They also allegedly restrained the occupant under circumstances that created risk of harm or placed him in fear.

A warrant has been issued for Williams and Adams.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Davion Lamar Weatherly, 25, Toledo, for three counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, one a third-degree felony and two fourth-degree felonies. On March 21 and April 4, he allegedly sold between 1 and 5 grams of fentanyl. On April 1, he allegedly sold between 5 and 10 grams of fentanyl.

• Jamison Hagerman, 51, Portage, for domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. On July 26, he allegedly harmed a family member during a fight. He has previously pleaded guilty to domestic violence in 2023 in Findlay Municipal Court.

• Decardiae Donquez Jones, 29, Toledo, for theft, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. On May 29, he allegedly deprived a Perrysburg home improvement store of two chainsaws, two SKIL blower/trimmer combos and two brushless string trimmers totaling $1,981.

• Jackson Bamfo, 24, Hollis, New York, for receiving stolen property and theft, both fourth-degree felonies; and identity fraud and possessing criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies. On April 6, he allegedly forged a certificate of title for a Mercedes Benz and used another’s identification.

• Amanda Casto, 39, Lima, for grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony. On May 24 in Pemberville, she was given permission to use a 2017 Ford Fusion and on July 4 still had not returned the vehicle and had stopped answering her phone.

• Steven Schneider, 40, Perrysburg, for domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. On April 27, he allegedly caused harm to a family member. He had previously pleaded guilty to domestic violence in 2010 in Perrysburg Municipal Court.

• Jason Cafruni, 24, Maumee, for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; and carrying a concealed weapon, a fifth-degree felony. On July 27, he was observed allegedly operating a motorcycle southbound on Interstate 75 traveling 102 mph in a 70-mph zone. A pursuit ensued reaching speeds of 110 mph through two counties. He allegedly removed a .357 revolver from an ankle holster and placed it on the roadway while being taken into custody.

• Bobbi Jo Lashaway, 37, of Wayne, for aggravated trespass, a fourth-degree felony. On July 18, she allegedly was carrying a firearm when she entered a child-care or family day-care center.

• Dejarvus Lavell Richardson, 39, Cincinnati, for receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. On July 2, he was observed operating a 2024 Dodge Ram on U.S. 20. According to court documents, he conducted an illegal U-turn at East South Boundary Street before entering I-75 southbound at a high rate of speed. Richardson stopped at mile marker 190 at which time the vehicle was determined to be stolen. The vehicle had a fictitious Michigan license plate.

• Corwin Michael Qualls, 22, Toledo, for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. During a traffic stop on July 11 on I-75, he provided false identification before allegedly fleeing northbound, reaching speeds in excess of 115 mph before crashing in Toledo.

• Dana Andrew Fletcher, 40, North Baltimore, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. On May 7, he was allegedly found in possession of the drug.

• Myranda Elizabeth Johnson, 24, Toledo, for three counts of misuse of credit cards, all fifth-degree felony; and identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony. Three times from June 10 to June 27, she allegedly used, without consent, a credit card belonging to an elderly person and used the alleged victim’s identification.
