Della Mae Spangler, 90, of Toledo, Ohio passed away June 12, 2024.
She was born April 23, 1934 in Grand Rapids, Ohio to the late Guy and Ethel (Jones) Finkenbiner.
Della retired from BGSU, Jerome Library. She also drove and was the library assistant on bookmobiles for Lucas and Wood County Libraries. She enjoyed tatting, and crocheting and going on scenic drives. Della was a 4-H leader and member of Zion United Methodist Church in Whitehouse, Ohio.
She is survived by her children Rebecca (Gary), Fredrick, and Brett (Judy), 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Willard and Waldo.
A private family gathering will be held to celebrate her life. She will be interred at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Grand Rapids, Ohio.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home in Whitehouse, Ohio.
