How to sign up for a touchless water bottle filling station

To help reduce the transmission of illnesses through touching dispensing levers of water fountains as well as reducing the use of water fountains in general, the Wood County Health Department is offering a limited number of indoor touchless water bottle fill stations to Wood County employers, agencies, facilities, and establishments.

To help determine what is needed to purchase, if interested in applying for one of these stations, complete this survey, located at https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=5I9x62ofEUaWJw5O8TABI_NlF1a2iA5HvAIHx10wcKBUMDRGVDFWV082N0lMWjk0TDFXMENFUUQ0OC4u

This survey is not a commitment from either party but is to gauge the level of interest and types of equipment in demand.

Locations with high foot traffic will be prioritized to receive this resource to maximize the mitigation benefit to the community. Once the sites have been selected, final details regarding equipment and installation will be worked out.

All of these filling stations will be given a health department asset tag, and they will be inventoried at least annually, with records maintained by the health department.
