2 Wood County men indicted for aggravated burglary

Two Wood County men have been indicted for aggravated burglary.

A Wood County grand jury indicted Dillon Spencer, 21, Bowling Green, for aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; and domestic violence and assault, both first-degree misdemeanors.

On Dec. 28 at approximately 11:09 p.m., Bowling Green police were dispatched to the 700 block of North Enterprise Street for an unwanted guest and people fighting. As officers arrived, a red car was leaving. Officers stopped the car and identified the driver as Spencer. He had arrived at the apartment and spoke with a woman, who asked him to leave approximately seven times, as recorded on her cell phone. Spencer allegedly pushed past the woman, knocking her down, and ran into the apartment and allegedly punched a man in the head.

Alexander J. Ferguson, 35, Fostoria and currently in jail, was indicted for aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; and having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

On Jan. 7 at approximately 3:09 a.m., Fostoria police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Perrysburg Road for a report of a male in the apartment with a gun. The female resident told police that Ferguson had forced his way into the apartment and racked the slide of a pistol. He had previously been convicted of trafficking cocaine in 2021 in Seneca County.

The grand jury also indicted:

Mallory Elizabeth Meyers-Blumerick, 35, Bowling Green, for aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony; and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination (OVI), a first-degree misdemeanor. On Dec. 2, Meyers-Blumerick was driving on Interstate 75 when her 2022 Chevy Malibu rear-ended another vehicle at a high rate of speed, causing both to lose control. As a result of the crash, the other driver sustained a fractured spine and a bruised lung. The officer observed bloodshot eyes and an overwhelming odor of alcohol on Meyers-Blumerick, who refused to submit to a breath test.

Tanisha Lamor Osley, 34, Toledo, for theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony. On May 9, police were called to Lakepointe Drive in Northwood for a report of the theft and usage of a debit card. Video footage at the store showed Osley, who was the alleged victim’s caretaker, using the card to make a $24.54 purchase.

Co-defendants Michael Jon Bouler, 32, and Promysse Tyshonn Ware, 26, both of Toledo.

Bouler was indicted for aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, for allegedly threatening to shoot two men.

Both Bouler and Ware were indicted for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Bouler allegedly gave the gun to Ware to hide inside her place of employment on Wales Road in Northwood. According to court documents, she hid the gun inside a trash can before the police arrived.

A warrant has been issued for Bouler’s arrest.

Jeffrey Willis Guy Jr., 35, Dayton, for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. On Dec. 24, Guy was northbound on I-75 driving 80 mph in a 65-mph zone. When officers attempted a traffic stop, Guy allegedly fled at speeds up to 120 mph for approximately six miles. He attempted to exit at Collingwood Boulevard in Toledo, failed to negotiate the curve and crashed. He fled on foot and was ultimately taken into custody.

Muhammad Mustafah Sanders, 26, Taylor, Michigan, for money laundering, a third-degree felony; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. On Oct. 14, he allegedly conducted or attempted to conduct a transaction to facilitate a corrupt activity. He possessed an Apple iPhone Pro Max with purpose to use it criminally. The indictment lists forfeiture of $14,260 in cash and the iPhone.

Christine Whitacker, 54, North Baltimore, for trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony. On Jan. 4, she allegedly by force or deception entered a home when someone was present or likely to be present.

William Gene Slover, 29, Toledo, for grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, a third-degree felony. On June 22, 2022, he allegedly deprived a woman of a 9mm Beretta 92X without consent.

Kayla Jo Lynne Hilt, 33, Toledo, for burglary, a second-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony. On Dec. 26, she allegedly exited Meijer in Rossford with a full cart of clothing. She was stopped on South Compass Drive. Fifty-four boxes of Pokeman cards, seven boxes of NFL trading cards, candles, children’s clothing and a Ninja blender were recovered with a value of $1,826.35. Hilt had been trespassed from all Meijer locations in May.
