First Christian Church of BG hosts free holiday concert

Free and open to the public, First Christian Church Bowling Green will host a holiday concert featuring accomplished musicians Nano Beraia and Malik Halce. Beraia, a native of Tbilisi, Georgia, and her musical and life partner Malik Halce, a native of Kosovo, will present a holiday concert of music for piano and organ on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the First Christian Church, 875 Haskins Road.

The program will include piano four hand- Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite,” Johannes Brahms’s “Hungarian Dances,” Johann Strauss’s “Die Fledermaus” along with famous organ/piano duos and favorite Christmas hymns.

A freewill offering will be accepted, and refreshments will be served after the program.
