Decorate gingerbread houses in Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS — The Grand Rapids Arts Council is again sponsoring a special event for children during the village’s Christmas Open House. On Saturday, children are invited to decorate gingerbread houses in the Old Fire Station from noon-2 p.m. This will be the 14th year for this activity.

The gingerbread houses and all supplies are included, and there is no cost. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served.
