The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and City of Bowling Green will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new City Administration Building, located at 305 N. Main St.
This event is scheduled for Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. and is open to the public.
The city opened its new City Building to the public on July 18. The new building serves as a needed upgrade from the previous one, which was dated and filled with health and safety issues. The facility includes upgraded technology, as well as a focus on services for residents and improved working conditions for city employees. Updates include a larger city council chamber, clean, easy to navigate hallways, assisted hearing technology, and more.
RSVPs for this event are not required. Light refreshments will be served.
