The Bowling Green Kiwanis Club will meet Thursday at the Slater Family Ice Arena Lounge, located on the campus of Bowling Green State University. The public is invited.
The meeting will commence at noon and lunch will be available starting at 11:30 for a nominal fee of $15.
This week’s guest speaker is Lara Wilken, assistant clinical professor in the BGSU College of Health & Human Services. Wilken is an expert in the field of human trafficking research and will share insights into the latest advancements in this critical area. Attendees can expect to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of research on human trafficking, shedding light on this pressing issue affecting communities worldwide.
