Two men – one from Bowling Green and one from Sylvania — have been indicted for multiple charges of pandering.

A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Robert Bruce Hoffsis, 55, Bowling Green, for 12 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person.

Two of the charges are second-degree felonies and the remaining 10 are fourth-degree felonies.

The two most serious charges allege that on May 29, he knowingly created, reproduced or published obscene material that had a minor as one of its participants or observers.

The lesser charges, dated Jan. 31, have the same language without a minor as one of the observers.

Hoffsis also was indicted for possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

He had in his possession an Acer computer he is accused of using to commit the alleged offenses.

Jacob Ryan Gill, 23, Sylvania, was indicted for 13 charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all second-degree felonies.

On May 29, 2022, he allegedly created, reproduced or published obscene material that had a minor as one of its participants or observers.

Both men were arrested Friday and taken to the Wood County Justice Center.
