Lucas County Retired Teachers are gathering on Sept. 21 at noon at the Stone Oak Country Club, 100 Stone Oak Boulevard, Holland.
The program includes University of Toledo women’s basketball Head Coach Tricia Cullop. Cullop is the winningest coach in University of Toledo women’s basketball history and is entering her 16th season with the Rockets in 2023-24. Driven by her “Invest, Improve, and Inspire” motto, Cullop develops people–as well as winning records. She proves that by leading with empathy and whole-person growth, the team trusts one another to achieve.
The Community Partner for September is Mom’s House. Items needed are: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dryer sheets, non-bleach toilet cleaner, canned fruit, pre-packaged snacks, bottled water, gift cards to Kroger’s, Walmart, Amazon.
The luncheon entree choices include: cranberry amd bourbon chicken; sliced slow roasted beef with mushroom gravy; and mushroom ravioli with cream sauce.
