Bowling Green police responded to a possible overdose Wednesday.
At 4:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue for an unconscious male who possibly took mushrooms.
When officers arrived, a female was on her knees next to the unidentified male, who was on his back on the floor of the hallway, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report.
Bowling Green EMS arrived and took over aid.
The unidentified man was lying on his back and then abruptly sat up after three doses of Narcan, according to the report.
He told police he had drank alcohol and appeared confused and was having a difficult time talking.
The man was transported to Wood County Hospital.
No signs of drug usage what observed in the area of where he was lying, according to the report.
